How to I add images to a ticket or knowledge base?

How do I add images to a ticket or knowledge base?
As from version 2 of Acorn Aid you can now add images to a ticket, ticket update or knowledge base article.
For the image to be included you will need to know the image URL address. e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com/images/image1.jpg
Adding an image
- Click the Image icon within the text editor
- Enter the image source address in the source field e.g. http://www.yourdomain.com/images/image1.jpg
- If required change the image size
- Click OK
- The image will now appear in the text editor and will be visible once the ticket, ticket update or knowledge base article has been submitted.
