How do I enable or disable the Knowledge Base?

Turning on or off the Knowledge Base.

The Knowledge Base by default is turned on within Settings > Knowledge Base

Follow the procedure below to enable or disable the knowledge base.

  1. Log into your admin http://www.yourdomain.com/acornaid/admin/
  2. Click on the Menu icon in the top right hand corner of the screen
  3. Go to Settings > Knowledge Base
  4. Tick or untick Enable knowledge base to enable or disable the Knowledge Base.

By disabling knowledge base users will not see a knowledge base and will only be able to submit or track a support request.
